Title: Going back to work
Post by: Dyess on April 27, 2015, 07:53:00 PM
When do you know going back to work is the right option? Last time I went back to work after a bout with depression anxiety and panic attacks, I was anxious to get back. But they seemed to be willing to work with me on some simple accommodations on my return. There's only so many options that they would agree to. So when I got back the accommodations we agreed to were not applied and so I was placed in very stressful situations and thus had to come back out of work for the same reasons. I don't know if the accommodations would have made a difference or not, guess we will never know. Now I have asked again for those accommodations and no reply. I am seriously concerned about returning and being fired. Even though my doctor has written a note for me to be out of work they say I am on non approved leave. *sigh* Decisions, decisions.

Thanks for the info. I dread getting into all this because I just can't stay focused long enough to get most things done. I will try though.
