This probably exists somewhere, but is there a definition of abbreviations? For example, what does EF mean?

EF stands for "emotional flashback" and is a term coined by therapist and relational trauma survivor Pete Walker.  There's a fair bit of info about them at his site https://www.pete-walker.com/ and in his book CPTSD: From Surviving to Thriving.  It's something that happens to most of us when we are triggered.
