Thanks for starting that thread, Quiet. A good place to express creativity. Those are my three words today: Creative, Courageous and Enthusiastic. Courage comes from suffering. As far as enthusiasm goes, enthusiasm is the greatest asset in the world, over money, power and influence.

So, may we all be courageously, creatively enthusiastic!

Boy, does my heart go out to you, Hank! I truly understand. I just got here myself and am optimistic -- based on the other responses I've read to your post -- that I'm in the right place. The isolation has been a killer for me as well, although I haven't seen other options, as I really haven't received a tremendous amount of support for the CPTSD, just much invalidation and weird looks. So I haven't opened up about it in years.
