I have stopped with my last T as I am on the waiting list for free CBT, which I have finally got an appointment for.
Before the ending with the last T I realised I was having bad dreams on the Sunday & sometimes the Monday, sessions were on a Tuesday. This T had helped me to end the recurring dreams about my FOO home but, there were still dreams which caused me to wake in a sweat, that is what I mean by bad dreams.
Since that T ended I haven't had the dreams so regularly. They were always some kind of anxiety dream, maybe I was anxious about the sessions. I didn't make the link until this year, maybe it is co-incidence.
I know there are no answers, I just wondered if others had similar experiences.
Mine are typically the night after a session and then the following night.
I wake up, often soaked in sweat as well. Sometimes if the dream is bad enough I am halfway into a panic attack by the time I snap awake. So then I wake up to me having a panic attack. :Idunno:
