Can I damage my younger siblings when having complex PTCD? And if so, how do I prevent this?
My siblings are children and I am an adult.
My siblings are now 14 and 16 of age.

First of all, welcome to the forum. There's tons of great info here.

No, you don't damage anyone by simply being around them; it takes active abuse to do that.

http://pete-walker.com is also a great resource.

Glad you're here!

Hi sofie  and welcome to Out of the Storm.

I'd like to echo Three Roses: "No, you don't damage anyone by simply being around them; it takes active abuse to do that."

I may be going out on a limb here, but perhaps this link might be helpful to you: Parentification. You obviously care a lot about your siblings, but you are not the one who should raise them.
You can just be your usual self around them, cPTSD or not.

Welcome again,
