    OOTS is a recovery focused support forum and information web site for survivors of complex relational trauma (repeated emotional/physical/sexual abuse & neglect/abandonment) who suffer from the symptoms of Complex PTSD, also known here as Complex Relational Trauma Response.  The forum is English speaking but members come from all around the world. As of Sept 19th, 2023 there have been 11,417 registrations by survivors from 77 countries.  There is no cost to join or participate in the forum.
