Hi new here and have never been in contact with anyone with a similar situation. Long time ago my ex came to my family home and horrifically murdered my partner in front of me . Just wondering if anyone has ever been through this type of experience? I just got on with my life. But now learning about cptsd it makes more sense to how I really got on with my life
