Well I guess that explains my sleeping for 10 hours and still feeling tired when I wake up. Or being exhausted from a mere 5 hour shift at work.  :stars:

it's pretty good.

what to do about it tho? My first step is zero alcohol. And sleep, I'm going to sleep like a cat. But advice about what you can do about it seems pretty thin on the ground. I'm digging tho, so I'll let you know.

one thing I am noticing is that I am waking dehydrated wether I've had alcohol or not. It seems that there may be a host of reasons why PTSD is causing dehydtation, including adrenalin, night sweats, even crying in your sleep, which I am certain I am doing. But I'm reluctant to make myself get up half the night to pee. So bored of all this, I just want to live.
