Little, I'm sorry you had a hard day! We had a hard day too. Bach is still feeling really really bad. We had to do therapy today and we all hated it. But Bach is trying really hard not to smoke and only smoked once yesterday and once today. So that's good! She's trying to keep her promise she made a million times to stop or at least cut down. Anyway last weekend we had a funny time when we were in the car with Bach's Person and there was a rainstorm and then we were at the end of a rainbow. OS is taking me to see M today. I don't want to go, but OS says we are going. I thought we'd escaped that, her, but today we are going back. M told me to run away once, I wish I had and I wish I could run away now.
OS say I'm big now, a grown up and nothing bad will happen, other people will be there and that she behaves when other people are there. I still don't want to go. I want to hide and not come out till it's over.

I wrote in here yesterday but now my post isn't here! That makes me kind of mad but it's okay because today was better than yesterday anyway. I wish Bach would stop being depressed but I'm helping her as much as I can by reminding her about things like making the breakfast smoothy and doing the good breathing, and also we had fun at the pool today.

I I am scared of bees they don't like me. I got stung by one once. And it really hurt my foot my mom just laughed at me looked at it said that the stinger isn't in it so I I was fine. Is a pretty picture though. :hug:
I used to be scared of bees but then I learned how they're good for flowers and plants and stuff and that they don't like to sting you unless they have to. Hi it's Little B. Usually no one notices I'm here but this morning Bach was walking too fast and I was alone and really scared and I yelled loud enough to make her notice. Then she was nice to me for a while, she slowed down and held my hand and then gave me a piggy back ride, and let my sister Middle B stop to take a picture of a flower. That was fun but now Bach is all weird and scary again and I don't know why she can't just be nice all the time. But my sister said I could come here and share the picture she took of the flower. Bach promised she will have mints tomorrow instead of smoking. I wonder if she'll do it. I hate it when she smokes. It makes me sick. She's promised to quit or at least cut down a million times and she does it for maybe a day or two but then she goes back! I wish she would stop.

Today Bach visited a friend of hers and smoked while she was there. She said that doesn't count. I'm not sure what that means but besides that today she's had mints instead of smoking so that's good! I get to sit cozy with tea and a treat by the Christmas tree! I always want the Christmas tree to be taller than me, and it is!! And I like the ornaments hanging inside the tree because it's a safe little world inside the branches. It's cozy and I am safe.
